About HOPE
HOPE exists to help young people move toward stable, independent futures through relationships, readiness, resources, and opportunity.

Northern Utah
Local roots. Real people.
Ages 14–30
Youth and young adults.
Relationship centered
Support that lasts.
What Progress Equally means
Progress Equally means fair access to information, relationships, resources, mentorship, and opportunity. It does not mean promising the same result for every person. It means making sure no one is left without a path forward.
“If we lose the relationship,
we've lost HOPE.”

The story behind HOPE
Lamont Hampton's lived experience shaped HOPE from the inside out. His life experience taught him the power of relationships, accountability, and someone refusing to give up on you. HOPE is built on that lived conviction.

What this looks like in real life
HOPE grows through real relationships that help young people finish training, move toward employment, and see themselves differently.
Consistent adults in their corner.
Resources, connections, and practical help.
Training, education, jobs, and more.
How HOPE plans to grow
Rooted in trust and local relationships.
Growing carefully as capacity and partnerships deepen.
Sharing a relationship centered model with more communities.
Future vision, not a current service
HOPE envisions a Youth & Young Adult Center and future transitional housing for qualifying young adults. The building and housing program do not currently exist.

People belong here.
A proposed safe place to learn, eat, use computers, receive tutoring, meet mentors, prepare for work, build financial skills, attend workshops, and find community.
Future vision only
More tomorrows ahead.
A future bridge for qualifying young adults leaving training programs, aging out of foster care, or facing housing instability.
Future vision onlyImages illustrate the future vision; they do not show current HOPE facilities or housing.
